Refund Policy

SeaGit UI Templates is a digital product delivered instantly as a downloadable file. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

All sales are final — no refunds

Because the Product is delivered immediately and can be downloaded and copied, all purchases are final and non-refundable. At checkout you expressly consent to immediate access to the download and acknowledge that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any right of withdrawal or “cooling-off” period. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, lack of use, or compatibility with your particular setup.

Limited exceptions

The only circumstances in which we may issue a refund are those we cannot lawfully exclude:

• Duplicate or accidental charges — if you were charged more than once for the same order, we will refund the extra charge.
• Product not delivered or materially defective — if the Product cannot be delivered to you, or is materially broken and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
• Non-waivable statutory rights — nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under the mandatory laws of your jurisdiction.

How to request a refund

If you believe your purchase falls within one of the limited exceptions above, email contact@seagit.com within 30 days with your order email and transaction reference. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
