Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of SeaGit UI Templates (the “Product”) from ui.seagit.com, operated by SeaGit (“we”, “us”). By purchasing or using the Product you agree to these Terms.

The Product

The Product is a downloadable source-code UI kit consisting of a component library and demo pages built with Next.js, Tailwind CSS and TypeScript.

License

Upon full payment we grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the Product’s source code to build unlimited personal and commercial end products, subject to these Terms. The license covers you and your development team within the purchasing organization.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent or share the Product or its source code, in whole or in part, as-is or with modifications.
  • Make the Product (or a derivative that competes with it as a template, theme, or UI kit) available to others.
  • Share your download link, token or account credentials with anyone outside your organization.

You may use the Product to create end products for yourself or your clients, provided the end product is not itself a competing template or component kit.

Intellectual property

We retain all right, title and interest in and to the Product. Any third-party open-source components included in the Product remain governed by their respective licenses.

Payment

The Product is offered for the one-time price shown at checkout, in USD, processed securely by Stripe. You are responsible for any applicable taxes not collected at checkout.

Delivery

The Product is delivered digitally. Immediately after successful payment you receive access to a time-limited, secure download link.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Product is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Product will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability arising from the Product will not exceed the amount you paid for it.

Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach these Terms. On termination you must stop using and delete all copies of the Product’s source code.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Product after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
